General Terms of Service
Our goal is to provide quality software to every church. Although we aim to provide quality products and services to all churches, sometimes it is not possible. We reserve the right to refuse service when it is not possible to continue with a working relationship.
Hosting Uptime/Data Policy
We host all of our web products on high speed servers that are optimized for stability. They are managed by professionals 24/7/365 in case of any server issues. Although our past uptime is very high, servers, like all computers, have issues such as hard drive failures. We commit to doing our absolute best to get back online in the case of any downtime. We are not, however, legally responsible for any downtime caused by our products. This includes loss of business or other similar scenarios. We are committed to our churches and have years of experience hosting websites. Yet we cannot be held legally responsible for the case of technical issues that are out of our control. In addition, we cannot be held legally responsible in the extremely rare case of a server breach with data loss. We take many extra security steps to protect our servers. Our data server is not accessible from outside our datacenter in order to prevent any unauthorized access. Unfortunately, server and website hacks are a reality in today’s software world. Even the largest companies are not immune.
Spam/Content Liability Exclusion/Server Usage Policy
Any content or software you put on our servers must be 100% legal. Any content that is illegal, such as music copyright infringement, is not allowed on our servers. Also, any form of SPAM email practices are strictly prohibited. Sites abusing this policy will be suspended or terminated at our discretion. In addition, any church account using an unfair amount of server resources may be temporarily suspended until we can diagnose the problem. Examples of this would be a church website with an error that is causing the entire server to slow to a crawl or crash. Although extremely rare, we reserve the right to make these decisions for the overall good of our customers.
All subscriptions placed with Easy Church Tools are automatically recurring. If you would like to cancel your plan, please let us know and we will do so right away. No refunds are given for unused time left on subscriptions or for past payments except in case of billing error. If you have any questions or issues with these policies, please contact us.
Our Payment Processors
We process payments through the NMI (Network Merchants International) payment gateway. Your payment information is safe with our 3rd party payment processor in their ultra-secure payment vault. We never see your credit card number or bank account info or have any access to it. We are not responsible for errors or issues caused by these companies. We will do our absolute best to fix any problems ASAP in the rare case of an issue.
