Connect Manage is built from the ground up and designed to work with ease. We took a fresh approach to church management software and it shows! You will see the difference when you interact with it. Our goal is to ensure that anyone can use Connect Manage and be knowledgeable on the first day. We include video training tutorials and how-to articles. And we are always here to help anytime via phone or email.

Every person at your fingertips

Finding people in Connect Manage is easy using the built-in Instant Search function. Just type the name of the person in the box, and you can access their profile in one click. Use the Advanced Search function to filter down to specific groups of people. For example, if you are looking to start a new ministry for young married couples, you can find those who fit this demographic in a snap!

Make sure no one slips through the cracks

Connect Manage is about ensuring that people are not just entered into a database, but are getting connected into your church. To assist with this process, we developed a system called Connection Steps. These are customizable checkpoints used in the process of turning a visitor into a member. For example, it is easy to schedule a welcome call, email, or letter for every visitor. You can make notes within each step to ensure proper follow-up and ministry connections.

View family tree and link people together

Connect Manage allows you to see at a glance who is married to whom, and view their children's profiles as well. This feature helps save time by allowing one-click access to family members without the need for multiple searches. With this functionality, you can know more about your congregation and how best to minister to them.

Keep notes on interactions with members

With so many people in a church, it can be a challenge to keep track of all the details. Our robust notes feature in Connect Manage allows notes to be made in a member's profile so key details are not missed. Connect Manage can help keep track of phone calls, ministry appointments, emails, prayer requests, events, and more! You can view at a glance each person's Connection Step progress along with related notes.
