Easy Church Tools was founded with the goal of helping churches better understand web technology. Our company's desire is to see every church receive the latest technology and resources at a fair price. In 2006, we started the sermon podcasting company, SermonPodcasts.com. Over the past four years, we have taken great pride in helping introduce churches to podcasting. We now are expanding our services to include websites, and in the future, church management software.

Our background is in building and hosting websites since 2003. We also have a ministry background and have been working with churches since 2000. We truly understand how to properly create and host websites, and know exactly the role technology can and should play in the organization of a church. We want to see every church have a website that attracts and engages those in the congregation. We have designed software to specifically meet the need for keeping track of those in the church and engaging them in ministry

Since the beginning of our company in 2006, we have given at least 20% of our annual profits to charity. During this time we have supported multiple church plants, missionaries, and various other organizations. As we continue to grow, we are committed to our goal, and are constantly on the lookout for organizations, churches, and missionaries in need. The long-term goal for Easy Church Tools is to plant churches and start new ministries to impact the world for the Lord.

If you have been looking around at other ministry solutions on the web, you may be seeing higher prices than ours. Our prices are set low for a reason: to be affordable to all small to medium sized churches without losing any key functionality. We would rather see churches use the money saved to go to ministries in-house.

We believe we have struck the proper balance -- our pricing is low while still providing personal support, top-notch servers, and the ability to continue developing quality software. Both our website and church management products are available separately, so you have the flexibility of selecting products individually or choosing one integrated package. We do not force our churches into one expensive system. In addition to our low pricing, we also offer a 30% discount on all services to qualifying missionary organizations, as well as a 10% discount for accounts paid on a quarterly basis.
